Product Information and Pricing

trygrabit Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability details accurate and current. If a mistake appears in product information, pricing, or availability, we may correct it and cancel any orders placed on the basis of that incorrect information, at no cost to you. For goods that carry natural variation (such as handmade items or products made from natural materials), minor differences in size, weight, or appearance from the listed specifications may occur. Product details and warnings are supplied for reference purposes only, and trygrabit Store cannot promise that products remain free of cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Availability may differ depending on your delivery zone, pickup location, and chosen time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order depends on product availability and acceptance by trygrabit Store. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these Terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched or collected. Minimum order values and delivery fees may apply depending on your delivery zone and selected time slot. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of trygrabit Store's services shall first be submitted to trygrabit Store's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

trygrabit Store may update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time at our discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email to the address associated with your account, or via a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
